Henri blasted much of the Northeast as a tropical storm over the weekend, with high winds and record-smashing rainfall. As Tropical Depression Henri continues to bring heavy rain and flooding across portions of the southern New England and northern mid-Atlantic states today, the National Hurricane Center is now tracking two tropical waves in the Atlantic basin.
